1. Webshop Transactions & Fulfillment

Our webshop features print-on-demand merchandise fulfilled automatically by our third-party partner, Printful.

By placing an order, you confirm that all shipping and contact details provided are accurate. We are not responsible for packages delivered to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
Payments are securely processed through our integrated external payment gateways.

2. Return & Refund Policy (Print-on-Demand)

Because our products are custom-printed on demand specifically for you when you place an order, we handle returns and refunds under the following strict guidelines in alignment with our fulfillment partner:

Damaged or Misprinted Items: If an item arrives damaged, defective, or with a clear printing error, we will gladly arrange a free replacement or a full refund. Please contact us at hello@dogsbarcelona.com within 14 days of receiving your package, and include a clear photograph showing the issue along with your order number.
Lost Packages: For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted to us no later than 14 days after the estimated delivery date. We will investigate with the shipping carrier and arrange a replacement for confirmed lost items.
Buyer’s Remorse or Wrong Size Ordered: Because every item is uniquely manufactured upon order, we cannot accept returns or offer refunds for buyer’s remorse or exchanges for incorrect sizes. Please make sure to carefully review the specific sizing charts provided on each product listing before completing your purchase.

3. Use of Community Content

The informational guides, blog articles, and photography hosted on this website are compiled from years of dog-care experience within our local Barcelona community. You may share links to our content, but copying text or downloading our graphics for commercial use without explicit permission is prohibited.
